After a record breaking January, the recycling program produced its best February ever – by almost $2,000!!!

For this February alone, $2902.50 was generated, compared to $994.66 in 2009 & $621.10 in 2008.  Just two months into 2010, our total is $8302.50, which is 73% of 2008’s annual total ($11,433.74) & 40% of 2009’s annual total ($20,938.45).

Below is a tally of our recycling fundraising numbers since January 2008.

We had a record breaking start to 2010, with a ridiculous amount of scrap iron recycled, 88,474 lbs.

This resulted in $5,403.19 raised this month alone.  Compare that number to the total numbers for the entire year of 2008 – $11,433.74 & 2009 – $20,938.45

In one month alone we’ve generated 47% of 2008’s numbers & 26% of last year’s numbers…
