Saturday, January 14th, 2012We wanted to share some good news - our iYERP metal recycling partnership generated over $85,000 for Idaho youth in 2011!! This is a 68% increase over the previous year ($50,000), and a ridiculous-percent increase compared to the returns in 2007 ($7,600), 2008 ($11,400), and 2009 ($20,938).
The $85,000 generated will be coupled with personal and corporate grants/donations, putting together our greatest grant giving year ever. We’ll be in touch again soon with the announcement of grant totals and grant recipients for 2012.

Monday, January 9th, 2012I will be speaking at the U S Green Building Council’s January Meeting. The topic is metal recycling and the benefit that iYERP provides the construction industry while supporting our efforts to fund projects and programs benefiting Idaho youth.
The Tuesday, January 10th presentation takes place @ the Associated General Contractors Headquarters (corners of American Boulevard and Lake Shore) @ 5:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.
